Dear Art Friends & Patrons:
I can’t believe nearly half the year is gone. Where does the time go? Since January, I’ve
been painting in between flu bugs and high school sporting events. I’m continuing to work
more with oils and I learn from each piece I do.
The Santa Fe Circle magazine article I mentioned in my last newsletter has been delayed
and should be out later this summer. However, I was privileged to be included in two other
publications which have provided me a great avenue for exposure. In the June issue of
New Mexico Magazine, there is an article about Cimarron which includes a short paragraph
about me and an image of one of my paintings. Additionally, I was honored to have one of
my pastels selected for the cover of the Enchantment which is the Angel Fire Chamber of
Commerce Visitors Guide.
I’ll be busy painting through the remainder of the year so please stop by the studio if you
get a chance. I’m trying to keep more regular hours during the peak season so from mid-
May to mid-September, I’ll be open Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. If there’s any
question about me being there, just call. (575-447-0390 cell or 575-376-2871 home).
